Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. seeks an experienced Ops Leader to manage a 5-15k sq ft DashMart distribution center. You will lead a Shift Leads team and Operations Associates, own scheduling and labor budgets, and drive site-level metrics to ensure safe, efficient operations and strong customer experience.

The role requires 3+ years of team leadership in high-volume settings, with a data-driven, ownership mindset and flexible schedule, including late nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading teams in high-volume ops and delivering results.
• Proven ability to coach and retain staff across shifts.
• Comfort using data to drive decisions and improve processes.
• Experience in retail/grocery/fulfillment is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional background.
