Multi-Line Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member

Full Time in Philadelphia, PA

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, follow‑up activities, and referrals
• Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, life, and health insurance products
• Conduct needs‑based conversations to identify coverage gaps and cross‑selling opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and account growth
• Assist customers with policy updates, renewals, billing questions, and endorsements
• Participate in marketing and community outreach efforts to generate new business opportunities
• Maintain accurate documentation while providing a consistent, high‑quality customer experience
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and agency goals

Qualifications

• Strong sales mindset and confidence to ask for the sale and close business
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to balance sales performance with outstanding customer service
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and consistent with follow‑up
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is preferred
• Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses required; candidates who are not fully licensed must obtain the Property & Casualty license prior to day‑one (guidance and support provided)
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required

Licensing Requirements

Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are required. Candidates who do not currently hold both licenses must obtain their Property & Casualty license prior to their day‑one start date. We provide guidance and support throughout the licensing process.
