The Eldion Pajollari Agency – State Farm Insurance is seeking a Multiline Representative to actively produce new business across two suburban Philadelphia locations. This full-time, in-office role blends sales effort with ongoing training and an opportunity for advancement.

You will quote and sell auto, home, renters, and life policies, build relationships, and maintain a robust pipeline to meet monthly goals. Licensing is required as described above.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required prior to starting.
• PA Life, Accident & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of hire.
• Experience in sales or insurance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate and close new business through outbound calls, referrals, and follow-up on warm leads.
• Quote and sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies.
• Conduct needs-based conversations that uncover coverage gaps and drive cross-sales.

The Eldion Pajollari Agency is hiring a sales-driven Multiline Representative to actively produce new business and expand our book across two high-traffic suburban Philadelphia locations. This is not a passive service role - it is a production-focused position built for professionals who thrive on goals, activity, and closing.

What You’ll Do

Pennsylvania Licensing Requirements

If not currently licensed, the PA P&C license must be obtained before Day 1

Pennsylvania Life, Accident & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of hire
