You will handle needs-based conversations, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and collaborate with teammates to exceed revenue targets while receiving licensing support and ongoing training.

Qualifications

Nick DeMaio State Farm is hiring a sales-dominant Multiline Representative to drive production across auto, home, renters, and life insurance. This is not a passive service role — it is built for professionals who thrive on activity, competition, and closing.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively generate and close new business from warm leads, referrals, and outbound prospecting

Licensing Requirements

Full licensing is required.

Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to Day 1 start

Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of hire

Full licensing support, study guidance, and onboarding assistance are provided throughout the process
