Role Overview

As a Multi-Line Representative, your primary focus is new business production. You’ll engage prospects, uncover needs, and present tailored insurance solutions that drive revenue and long-term client relationships. This is a hands‑on role built for individuals motivated by performance and earning potential.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through consistent outbound calls, follow‑ups, and lead engagement
• Quote and present insurance solutions tailored to client needs
• Convert both warm and cold leads into bound policies
• Build, manage, and maintain a steady personal sales pipeline
• Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across multiple product lines
• Develop strong client relationships that lead to retention and referrals
• Track activity, pipeline, and results to meet or exceed performance goals
