The Atlantic District in Palmyra, Virginia is seeking a motivated Multi-line Insurance Agent to join our close-knit office. You will consult with families and businesses to assess protection needs, create customized coverage solutions, and grow a local client base through trusted relationships.

This role emphasizes compassionate service, flexible scheduling, and hands-on training in a supportive team. You will leverage our systems to manage policies, renewals, and partnerships with underwriters

Qualifications

• Virginia Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are required.
• Minimum two years of personal lines insurance sales experience.
• Proficient with agency management software and digital applications.
• Clear, empathetic, and professional communication in person and on the phone.
• Ability to network effectively within the Palmyra community.

Responsibilities
