The Atlantic District, located in York, PA, seeks a motivated Multi-line Insurance Agent to join our locally focused team. You will build relationships with families and business owners, identify coverage gaps, and present tailored solutions to protect futures.

You’ll manage policy applications from inquiry to issuance and participate in community events to raise brand awareness. We value a genuine community mindset, strong communication, and a commitment to growth.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Previous experience in a consultative sales role.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate standard computer applications and agency management software.
• Strong organization skills to manage individual lead pipelines.
• A genuine desire to help community members navigate complex choices.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with local families and business owners to understand their long-term protection goals.
• Identify gaps in coverage and present solutions that provide real peace of mind.
• Conduct thorough reviews of existing policies to ensure they still meet the evolving needs of our clients.
• Manage new policy applications from initial inquiry through final issuance with accuracy and care.
• Participate in local community events to build brand awareness and connect with neighbors.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to solve problems and share insights on market trends.
