The Atlantic District in Manassas, VA is seeking an outgoing Insurance Agent who cares about people and their financial future. You will help families navigate life insurance options and healthcare coverage while contributing to a collaborative, supportive office culture.

This role offers base salary plus commissions and bonus opportunities, a Monday–Friday schedule, and opportunities for growth within a trusted regional agency.

Qualifications

• Virginia Life and Health license is required.
• Three or more years of direct insurance sales experience.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Comfort using digital CRM platforms to track progress.
• Ability to commute daily to Manassas office.
• Diversity of carriers experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective clients to understand goals and provide suitable insurance options.
• Identify gaps in coverage and present sensible solutions.
• Manage a personal pipeline of leads with consistent follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the team to share best practices and support office culture.
