Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in consultative sales or relationship management.
• Current Virginia Life and Health Insurance License.
• Clear and articulate communication style, in person and over the phone.
• Proactive attitude toward solving complex client problems.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families in the Hampton office to discuss long-term financial security.
• Analyze needs and offer honest advice on life and health insurance options.
