• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with the ability to interact with customers.
• Proven leadership to build, motivate and maintain staff with knowledge of personnel reports and financial goals.
• Detail‑oriented with analytical and problem solving skills.
• Food Safety certification and compliance with federal, state and company safety standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience with scheduling, labor costs, shrink reduction, and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple departments to ensure sales and operations run smoothly.
• Coach and develop team members; participate in performance reviews.
• Schedule staffing to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee receiving, inventory, and product freshness compliance.
