Responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling, coaching, and collaboration with the Store Manager on promotions and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• 1 year managerial or supervisory experience in a multi-department operation within retail, hospitality, or service industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operations of multiple departments: Grocery, Dairy, Frozen Food, and Beer/Wine.
• Ensure proper product handling, rotation, date checks, and freshness.
• Control costs by monitoring labor and reducing shrink and loss.
• Assist in store readiness for physical inventories and receiving deliveries.
• Manage ordering, sanitation, back-room inventory, and safety compliance.
• Provide coaching and development discussions leading to merit-based decisions.
• Lead in-store meetings and participate in promotional activities.
• Recruit, hire, and collaborate with Store Manager on promotions and transfers.
• Address team concerns, document actions, and manage performance.
