Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Maintenance Supervisor to lead the day-to-day maintenance operations of a California property and ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and applicable regulations. This role reports to the property manager and participates in safety, risk management, and budget adherence.

You will supervise a maintenance team, coordinate service requests, perform fundamental repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds, and mentor staff while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and regulations.
• Supervise service requests and unit make-ready standards; track progress.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC and grounds.
• Maintain safety, risk management, and budget adherence; manage costs within property budget.
• Walk property weekly with leadership to address maintenance challenges and operations.
