Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with the maintenance team to ensure daily maintenance tasks are met.
• Review and track progress of service requests and identify chronic issues.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly per Avenue5 policy.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and more.
• Oversee pre-move in and post-move out inspections and unit turns.
• Mentor maintenance team and ensure safety and cleanliness at all times.
