Job summary

Georgia's Own Credit Union is seeking a Universal Banker Manager to lead UB I and II across multiple branches. You will coach employees, manage performance, coordinate staffing, and ensure consistent service and operational excellence.

Travel between branch locations is expected to support staffing, onboarding, and development. The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and the ability to balance production goals with member experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–5 years in retail banking or credit union environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel between branch locations.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Universal Banker I/II within a branch cluster.
• Set performance expectations and conduct coaching sessions.
• Coordinate staffing, onboarding, and scheduling across branches.
• Coach staff on member engagement, referrals, and service standards.
• Maintain branch presence and support operations during peak times.
