Job summary

Georgia’s Own Credit Union is seeking an Universal Banker Manager who will lead and coach Universal Banker I and II across multiple branch locations. You will set performance expectations, manage staffing, and support member experience while maintaining production standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail banking or credit unions and at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Expect regular travel to branches and alignment with area leadership to ensure service, sales and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–5 years in retail banking or credit union environment.
• 2 years supervisory or team‑lead experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly between branch locations.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Universal Banker I and II in assigned branches; set clear performance expectations.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling across branches; approve attendance and adjustments.
• Provide ongoing coaching, performance reviews, and development planning.
• Assist onboarding, training, and integration of new hires; drive service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, risk management, and regulatory requirements; support operational readiness.
