Job summary

Georgia's Own Credit Union is seeking a Universal Banker Manager to lead Universal Banker I and II across assigned branches. You will coach, review performance, and ensure staffing and high member service standards.

You will travel between locations, oversee onboarding, and drive operational excellence while promoting engagement and continuous improvement within a dynamic credit union environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of three to five years of retail banking or credit union experience.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory or coaching experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of deposit products, lending, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Universal Banker I and II employees within an assigned branch cluster.
• Establish performance expectations and coaching discussions.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and recognition activities.
• Address performance concerns per Credit Union policies.
• Coordinate staffing across branches and approve attendance and time-off requests.
• Assist with recruiting and deployment of staff.
• Promote service standards and coach on member engagement.
• Monitor and improve member experience across branches.
• Lead by example with productivity and service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with branch operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
