Job summary

Georgia’s Own Credit Union is seeking a Universal Banker Manager to lead Universal Bankers across a cluster of branches. You will coach staff, manage performance, and coordinate staffing while upholding member service and sales standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years in retail banking, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Expect regular travel to branch sites to support operations and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years of experience in a retail banking or credit union environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory or employee coaching experience.
• Ability to travel regularly between branch locations.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Universal Banker I and II employees within an assigned branch cluster.
• Establish clear performance expectations and maintain coaching and development discussions.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings, observations, performance reviews, and development planning sessions.
• Coordinate staffing and daily staffing coverage across branches; approve attendance and schedule adjustments.
• Travel regularly among assigned branch locations to provide leadership support.
