Job summary

Georgia’s Own Credit Union seeks a Universal Banker Manager to lead Universal Banker I and II across assigned branches. You will coach staff, manage performance, coordinate staffing, and support member experience with consistent service standards.

Travel between locations is required as part of the role. Ideal candidates will have a BS/BA in business-related fields, 3–5 years in retail banking, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years in retail banking/credit union environment.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Universal Banker I and II employees within an assigned branch cluster.
• Establish clear performance expectations and conduct regular coaching and development discussions.
• Hold one-on-one meetings, observations, performance reviews, and development planning sessions.
