Job summary

Georgia’s Own Credit Union is seeking a Universal Banker Manager to lead a cluster of branches, coaching Universal Banker I and II, driving performance, staffing, and customer service excellence.

You will collaborate with the Area Service Manager, support onboarding and training, and ensure adherence to service, sales, and regulatory standards while maintaining branch goals and member experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years retail banking/credit union experience.
• 2+ years supervisory/leadership/coach experience.
• Experience with deposits, lending, branch operations, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Universal Banker I and II across a branch cluster.
• Set performance expectations; conduct coaching and development discussions.
• Lead staffing, attendance approvals, and scheduling.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding; drive succession planning.
