Job summary
SentinelOne seeks a Staff Solutions Engineer, MSSP Partner, to drive the MSSP partner ecosystem across North America. You will enable partners, conduct demos, deliver training, and support pre/post sales activities while managing partner relationships and collaborating with Product/Engineering teams.
This US role requires travel up to 50% and offers an on-target earnings range with base salary plus commissions.
Qualifications
- 15+ years in field with 8+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Professional Services.
- Experience with MSPs/MSSPs, distributors, CSPs, channel partners.
- Proven ability to deliver technical demos and value presentations to varied audiences.
Responsibilities
- Explain SentinelOne benefits and solve blockers while building champions.
- Build tech champions across partners and support GTM strategies.
- Identify opportunities with Managed partner team and scale partner sales.
- Provide feedback from partners and customers to product management.
- Drive follow-ups with partner resources to reinforce value messaging.
- Plan and execute go-to-market initiatives with SentinelOne partners.
- Develop and run technical training plans for partners.
- Own the technical relationship with partners and coordinate resources.
- Deliver demonstrations in partner environments to prove SentinelOne value.
- Be motivated by partner success and growing partner relationships.
