Job summary

SentinelOne is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for the MSSP ecosystem in North America. You will lead and scale partner engagements, provide deep technical leadership, and drive multi-quarter expansion with strategic MSSP partners.

You will work closely with executive leadership, shape go-to-market initiatives, and mentor other SEs while traveling up to 50% to enable partner success across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the field; 5+ years in Sales Engineering.
• Proven track record scaling partner technical programs.
• Experience translating roadmaps into commercial outcomes.
• Strong experience with MSP/MSSP ecosystems and partner engagements.
• Familiarity with cloud security technologies (EDR/XDR, SIEM) and major CSPs.

Responsibilities

• Shape how partners understand SentinelOne benefits and build champions.
• Lead four pillars of the Partner SE team and co-create joint solutions.
• Set technical strategy with the Managed Partner team for strategic opportunities.
• Conduct deep technical discovery of partners' deployments and build current-state maps.
• Design phased architecture roadmaps and executable artifacts for CTOs.
• Drive multi-quarter expansion plans and mentor other SEs.
