Job summary

SentinelOne in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering, MSSP to lead a team of 6 to 10 Solutions Engineers across North America, covering MSP, MSSP, GSI/alliance and distributors. The role focuses on health, growth, and performance of the team and earns opportunity to shape partner-driven growth.

You will guide SE strategy, cultivate partner relationships, and collaborate with Sales, Channel, Product and Engineering to deliver demonstrations and technical value,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the field, including 6+ years of Sales Engineering experience.
• 3 to 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience owning forecasting, coverage planning, or business reviews for a technical team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Solutions Engineers across North America (6–10 people).
• Own regional forecasting, coverage planning, and QBR reporting for the partner segment.
• Drive partner ecosystem adoption, deliver demos and technical training, and manage escalations.
