Job summary

TeamLogic IT, Inc. is seeking an MSP technician to support small business clients with Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, servers, and security solutions. You will handle service desk tickets, remote and onsite troubleshooting, and network/server administration.

Responsibilities include provisioning for new hires, prioritizing incidents to meet SLAs, and maintaining Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and firewall configurations. MSP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience (5 years).
• Provide courteous, timely resolution of end-user issues via service desk channels (phone, web portal, email).
• Provisioning and system setup for new hires.
• Prioritize incidents and service requests to meet SLAs.
• Use remote tools and diagnostics to resolve issues; perform hands-on fixes when needed.
• Install and configure hardware/software across network devices; maintain antivirus and virus definitions.
• Server administration via Active Directory, DNS, DHCP; manage network firewall and switches.
• Establish relationships across departments and ensure safety/security standards.

Responsibilities
