Job summary

TeamLogic IT is seeking an experienced MSP technician to support small business clients with Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, servers, and security solutions. You will handle service desk tickets, remote and onsite troubleshooting, and network/server administration.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of IT experience with MSP background, hands-on firewall and VPN expertise, and proficiency in AD, DNS/DHCP, and cloud migrations. Travel to client sites will be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience or a diploma/degree in Information Technology.
• MSP experience is required.
• Solid hands‑on experience with firewalls (Sophos, SonicWall, UDM Pro), switches, and access points.
• Comfortable with network troubleshooting — VLANs, routing, DNS/DHCP, VPNs.
• Experience with server setup and virtualization is a plus.
• Experience with EDR and MDR; Microsoft 365, Azure, and AD administration.
• Cloud experience is a plus, especially migrating on-prem servers to Azure or AWS.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Resolve service desk requests via phone, email, and web portal.
• Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
• Set up and maintain servers (physical and virtual) and core services like AD, DNS, and DHCP.
• Support cloud environments and assist with on‑prem to cloud migrations.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory for clients.
• Support EDR/MDR and SIEM platforms for endpoint and security monitoring.
• Travel to client sites when needed.
