Job summary

TeamLogic IT – Marietta is seeking an experienced Level 1+ IT Support Technician for in-person, client-facing roles in Marietta, GA. The job focuses on providing remote and onsite support for Windows devices, Microsoft 365, and basic networking within a busy MSP environment.

Annual salary ranges from $42,000 to $45,000, with performance-based bonuses. Local travel to client sites is required and a valid driver’s license is necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional Help Desk or MSP experience, with 2+ years preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows-based computers in a business environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and basic administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite technical support to business clients.
• Troubleshoot Windows workstations, printers, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and deploy new computers and business apps.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and MFA.
• Support Active Directory/Microsoft Entra ID administration.
• Troubleshoot basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Wi‑Fi).
• Maintain documentation and ticket resolutions.
