TeamLogic IT – Marietta is seeking an IT Support Technician Level 1+ to join our in-person team in Marietta, GA. You willProvide remote and onsite support to multiple client environments, troubleshoot Windows 10/11 devices, printers, and applications, and assist with Microsoft 365 admin tasks and security measures.

The role requires hands-on MSP experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple client requests in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of professional Help Desk or MSP experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows-based computers in a business environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and basic administration.
• Familiarity with Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and wireless.

Aufgaben

• Provide remote and onsite technical support to business clients.
• Troubleshoot Windows workstations, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and deploy new computers and business apps.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and MFA.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and ticket resolutions.
