Job summary

TeamLogic IT Longmont is seeking a Level 1 MSP Technician to deliver remote and on-site IT support for SMBs in the Longmont and Loveland area. You’ll troubleshoot hardware and software, perform updates and backups, and ensure a smooth client experience.

The ideal candidate has IT fundamentals, strong problem‑solving and customer-service skills, and may hold relevant certifications. The role offers competitive pay and growth opportunities in a fast-paced MSP environment.

Qualifications

• A degree in IT or 2 years of work experience.
• MSP or IT support experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11, macOS, server OS.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or MCP/MCSA are a plus.
• Experience with RMM tools (NinjaRMM), ticketing systems (Autotask PSA), and IT Glue.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Provide first-contact support via phone, email, and help desk portal.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with remote tools and hands-on fixes.
• Perform routine updates, backups, and system monitoring.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents in line with SLAs.
• Maintain clear communication with clients.
• Document client systems, configurations, and resolutions.
• Implement and monitor security measures.
• Assist with hardware/software installation and configuration.
• Support operations and contribute to process improvements.
• Provide remote and on-site support in Longmont and Loveland area.
• Maintain fast-paced, collaborative team culture.
