Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing network equipment, Windows servers/workstations, Exchange server, and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales for pre- and post-sales technical support and discovery meetings.
• Design, configure, and deploy network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Implement and monitor network security protocols across client environments.
• Deploy and manage Windows Servers and Active Directory, ensuring availability and security.
• Build and maintain LANs and optimize network software and hardware for peak performance.
• Configure and manage file servers and cloud computing solutions for clients.
• Manage VOIP solutions, including implementation and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot advanced network infrastructure and handle escalated service requests.
• Oversee Microsoft Exchange Server environments for reliable email and collaboration tools.
• Monitor alert systems and respond per guidelines to maintain uptime.
• Onboard new users with proper access controls.
