gobravvo seeks an IT Support Engineer III (MSP) to join our Bellevue, WA team. You will deliver advanced technical support across Windows Server, AD, Exchange, VOIP, and LAN deployments, working closely with sales and clients to ensure successful IT outcomes.

You will lead discovery, assessments, deployments, and ongoing account management, ensuring security, reliability, and scalable infrastructure across client environments.

Responsibilities

Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including discovery, assessments, proposals
Deploy and manage Windows Server, Active Directory, and network infrastructure
Design and implement LANs and network security protocols
Maintain and optimize network software/hardware for reliability
Configure VOIP solutions and telephone systems
Monitor and respond to alerts per guidelines
Troubleshoot network issues and resolve escalations
Manage Exchange Server and messaging systems
Assist with onboarding and device configuration
Document support activities for continuity
