gobravvo is seeking an IT Support Engineer (MSP) in Fort Lauderdale, FL for a full-time role. You will deliver expert technical support, participate in project implementation, and manage ongoing client relationships within a fast-paced managed services environment.

The role focuses on supporting Windows Server/AD environments, Exchange, network design, security, VOIP, and cloud services while collaborating with sales, engineering, and support teams to ensure client success.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing networking equipment, Windows servers and workstations, Exchange server, and Active Directory.
• Proven MSP experience required.
• At least 3 years in a client-facing role such as sales engineering, with ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Work with sales teams to deliver pre- and post-sales technical support, including discovery, site visits, assessments, proposals, and presentations.
• Deploy, configure, and manage Windows Server and Active Directory environments for various clients.
• Design, implement, and maintain LANs with reliable, scalable network infrastructure.
• Implement and monitor network security measures to protect client data and systems.
• Build and manage file servers and cloud solutions tailored to client needs.
• Deploy and configure VOIP solutions and manage phone systems for clients.
• Troubleshoot complex network infrastructure issues and minimize downtime.
• Oversee Exchange Server environments for high availability and security.
• Monitor alert systems and respond per guidelines to resolve incidents.
• Onboard new users ensuring access to systems and resources.
