- 3+ years of experience in MSP, systems administration, or business IT environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows 10 and 11 and Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of core infrastructure technologies like Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
Responsibilities
- Resolve complex technical issues across multiple client environments.
- Administer Microsoft 365 environments including security settings.
- Monitor and respond to system alerts to ensure system availability.
- Troubleshoot various connectivity issues across differing networks.
