Job summary

Aktion Associates, a North American ERP software reseller, seeks a skilled MSP Engineer/Consultant to design, monitor, and maintain client technology networks, cloud, and servers. You will serve as a technology advisor, helping clients adopt CyberSecurity and cloud solutions to meet business goals.

Responsibilities include delivering Microsoft 365 engineering and consulting across multiple environments, handling migrations, troubleshooting, and security hardening, while balancing multiple client

Qualifications

Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in field of customer support in computer systems, servers, and networking within MSP/consulting.
Certifications in Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, or related technologies will be highly regarded.
Experience with security solutions and cloud-based infrastructure is preferred.

Responsibilities

Architect, monitor, and maintain client technology networks, cloud, and server infrastructure.
Act as Technology Advisor to discuss opportunities to improve the client environment.
Provide Microsoft 365 engineering and consulting across client environments, including migrations and security hardening.
Balance multiple customer requests, projects, and meetings while maintaining satisfaction.
Occasional after-hours and weekend work may be required.
