Job summary

Aktion Associates is a North American ERP software reseller seeking an MSP Engineer/Consultant to design, monitor, and maintain client networks, cloud, and server infrastructure. You will work as a field engineer supporting multiple clients and providing technology guidance to improve environments.

Role includes delivering Microsoft 365 engineering and security, coordinating with clients, and balancing multiple projects.

Qualifications

5-7 years of field network and server experience in MSP or similar consulting
Strong firewall, switch, and wireless experience with SonicWall/Meraki
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 security and messaging solutions
Current certifications in relevant technologies preferred

Responsibilities

Work as a Field Network Engineer for MSP, architecting, monitoring, and maintaining client technology network, cloud, and server infrastructure.
Serve as a Technology Advisor, meeting frequently to discuss opportunities to improve the client environment with CyberSecurity and cloud solutions.
Provide advanced Microsoft 365 engineering and consulting services across multiple client environments, including architecture, migrations, troubleshooting, security hardening, licensing, and user adoption initiatives.
Balance multiple customers’ requests, smaller projects, and necessary meetings while meeting customer satisfaction expectations.
Flexibility for working after business hours and weekends is required at times.
