The Opportunity

This full-time, in-person role in Salisbury, MA is designed for an experienced IT professional who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and taking ownership of outcomes. You will provide advanced technical support and backend systems administration across multiple client environments while building a deep understanding of our clients, processes, and technology stack. As you demonstrate technical strength, reliability, and the ability to get things done, you will take on onsite client visits, infrastructure projects, technology deployments, and increasingly complex technical challenges. Unlike traditional IT roles focused on a single environment, you will gain broad exposure across multiple industries and technologies, creating a strong platform for long-term growth in cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Resolve complex technical issues involving Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, cybersecurity, backups, and business applications across multiple client environments.
• Administer Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, licensing, user management, and security settings.
• Monitor and respond to RMM, security, backup, and system alerts to keep client systems stable, secure, and available.
• Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, VPN, email delivery, authentication, firewall, and connectivity issues across varied networks.
• Support endpoint security, backup, and disaster recovery solutions to protect client data and ensure reliable recoverability.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in an MSP, systems administration, technical support, field services, or business IT environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows 10 and Windows 11, plus hands‑on experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Working knowledge of core infrastructure technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, networking, endpoint security, and backup/disaster recovery platforms.
• A mindset of ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement, with clear and professional communication skills and strong customer service instincts.
