Tri-Cities IT Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our MSP team, delivering technical support across diverse client environments and owning tickets from start to finish.

The role covers desktops, servers, networks, Microsoft 365, cloud services, security, and virtualization, with both on-site and remote support in a fast-paced MSP setting. Growth opportunities exist within a dynamic tech group.

Qualificações

• 3+ years IT support experience in MSP or similar environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and ticket-management skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple client issues with clear communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, servers, networks, applications, and other client technology.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex or escalated technical issues across client environments.
• Take ownership of assigned tickets from initial investigation through resolution and client follow-up.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktop and Windows Server operating systems, hardware, software, peripherals, and system performance issues.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Entra ID, OneDrive, SharePoint, authentication, and user account issues.
