Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in customer support for computer systems, servers and networking in MSP or similar field.
• Strong networking skills; experience with firewalls, switches and wireless access points.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 security products and licensing.
• Experience with cybersecurity platforms such as SentinelOne, ThreatLocker or Duo.
• Willingness to travel locally 1–2 days per week; remote support ability expected.
• Sage 300 CRE and Linux/SAN/Disaster Recovery knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect, monitor, and maintain client technology network, cloud, and server infrastructure.
• Provide technology advisory services to improve clients' environments with modern tech.
• Deliver advanced Microsoft 365 engineering and consulting across client environments.
• Balance multiple customer requests and projects while ensuring satisfaction.
• Occasional after-hours work; travel 1–2 days per week may be required.
