Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a Director of MSP Sales Acceleration to lead a global team responsible for activating MSP-based services and driving demand for Cohesity solutions in a partner-led sales model.

You will recruit, coach, and measure a distributed team of eight MSP Channel Development Managers, align regional coverage, and collaborate with MSP Account Executives and marketing to scale partner-driven growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a distributed, quota-carrying team focused on channel sales.
• Proven track record building sales acceleration or activation motions for partner-led channels.
• Ideas for partner-led sales and campaigns that drive demand.
• Comfort with consumption-based pricing models and overage billing implications.
• Experience with channel marketing teams on content and campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to measure productivity ratios and KPIs.
• Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and decision making.
• Willingness to travel.
• Professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage activation and launch handoffs for new MSP services.
• Lead MSP Channel Development Managers and regional coverage.
• Measure partner spend depletion and productivity ratios.
• Collaborate with MSP Account Executives on end-customer demand.
• Partner with MSP sales and marketing to share best practices.
• Support partner campaigns and ensure Cohesity-inclusive marketing.
