Cohesity, Inc. is seeking a Director of MSP Sales Acceleration to lead a global team of MSP Channel Development Managers and drive activation of MSP services.

You will enable partners to sell Cohesity solutions repeatably, manage coverage across regions, and collaborate with MSP Account Executives to optimize annual spend commitments. The role requires strong channel sales leadership, experience with MSP/MSSP ecosystems, and a data security focus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a distributed, quota-carrying channel-sales team.
• Proven ability to build sales acceleration or activation motions for channel partners.
• Strong track record in MSP/MSSP partner enablement and demand generation.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage activation and launch handoffs for new MSP services and ensure first-quarter sales targets.
• Lead and develop a global team of MSP Channel Development Managers; manage regional partner coverage.
• Partner with MSP Account Executives to align executive relationships with annual spend commitments.
• Collaborate with MSP Sales & Marketing to share best practices and drive campaigns.
