Job summary

Cohesity, Inc. seeks a Director, MSP Sales Acceleration to lead a global team of about eight MSP Channel Development Managers and to activate MSP partners who build managed services on Cohesity’s data security platform.

The role focuses on partner-driven demand, enablement, and first-quarter performance reviews across regions. The position requires experience in channel sales, strong analytics, and use of AI tools to improve productivity.

Qualifications

Experience leading a distributed, quota-carrying channel sales team.
Proven track record building sales acceleration, enablement, or activation motions for partner-led sales.
Strong analytical skills with KPI development and productivity metrics.
Familiarity with AI tools to improve productivity and sales effectiveness.
Willingness to travel as required.
Professional English language proficiency for customer/internal communication.

Responsibilities

Activate MSP partners to create demand for Cohesity services.
Lead enablement efforts to sell partner services repeatably with minimal Cohesity involvement.
Partner with MSP Account Executives and Marketing to drive campaigns and joint activities.
