Job summary

Cohesity, Inc. is seeking a Director of MSP Sales Acceleration to activate MSP partners who build managed services on Cohesity technology.

You will lead a global team of MSP Channel Development Managers and shape partner coverage while aligning regional maturity with market dynamics. You will collaborate with MSP Account Executives and marketing to drive demand and ensure campaigns promote Cohesity-inclusive sales.

Qualifications

Experience leading a distributed, quota-carrying channel sales team.
Track record building sales acceleration or activation motions for channel – MSP/MSSP – for a partner-led motion.
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
Domain experience in data protection, cyber resilience, storage, or security markets.
Willingness to travel as required.
Professional English language proficiency for customer and internal communication.

Responsibilities

Manage MSP service activations and launches, supporting partner sales activation.
Lead enablement to sell the service repeatably without Cohesity’s direct involvement.
Lead a global team of ~8 MSP Channel Development Managers and manage partner coverage across regions.
Develop KPIs to measure partner health and future performance; drive productivity ratios.
Collaborate with MSP Account Executives and MSP sales/marketing teams to share best practices and campaigns.
