Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a Director, MSP Sales Acceleration to lead a global team of MSP Channel Development Managers and drive activation across MSP partners. You will shape sales motions for partner-led growth, enable partners to sell Cohesity services, and align campaigns with channel marketing.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a distributed, quota-carrying sales team.
• Track record building sales acceleration or activation motions for channel partners (MSP/MSSP).
• Innovative ideas on partner-led sales and marketing to drive demand and sales results.
• Comfort with consumption-based commercial models and activation focus.
• Experience with channel partner marketing content and campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with KPIs and productivity ratios.
• Experience using AI tools to improve sales productivity.
• Domain experience in data protection, cyber resilience, storage, or security markets.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Professional English language proficiency for customer and internal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global team of MSP Channel Development Managers.
• Develop partner coverage and delivery standards across regions and adapt for maturity.
• Measure partner spend depletion and generate demand through activation activities.
• Collaborate with MSP Account Executives on relationships and commitments.
• Interface with MSP sales/marketing teams to share best practices and run campaigns.
• Support MSP partner enablement to sell Cohesity solutions consistently across partners.
