Job summary

Cohesity, Inc. is seeking a Director of MSP Sales Acceleration to drive activation and enablement for MSP/MSSP partners worldwide. The role teams with MSP Account Executives, marketing, and service launches to create demand and accelerate partner-driven sales across regions.

The position leads a global group of eight Channel Development Managers and focuses on defining standards, performance metrics, and scalable activation programs to grow partner commitments and usage of Cohesity solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a distributed, quota-carrying channel sales team.
• Track record building sales acceleration enablement motions for channel MSP/MSSP partners.
• Experience with consumption-based commercial models.
• Experience with channel partner marketing content and campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI development.
• Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity.
• Domain experience in data protection, cyber resilience, storage, or security.
• Willingness to travel; professional English.

Responsibilities

• Activate MSP partner sales for new or enhanced services.
• Lead enablement through the first QBR and beyond if needed.
• Drive repeatable sales activation without Cohesity involvement.
• Lead a global team of MSP Channel Development Managers.
• Develop partner coverage, regional maturity, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with MSP Account Executives to drive demand.
• Coordinate with MSP sales and marketing for campaigns and webinars.
