Job summary

Cohesity, Inc. is seeking a Director of MSP Sales Acceleration to lead a global team of eight MSP Channel Development Managers, activate sales for Cohesity’s MSP services, and drive adoption of our data security and management platform.

You will partner with MSP Executives, enable partner-led campaigns, measure KPI progress, and deliver demand across regions while aligning with regional maturity and market dynamics.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a distributed quota-carrying channel sales team.
• Proven track record in sales acceleration motions for partners.
• Familiar with MSP/MSSP partner models.
• Ability to create demand through partner-led campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills for productivity KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage activation & launch handoffs for MSP services and monitor the first QBR.
• Lead a global team of eight MSP Channel Development Managers.
• Partner with MSP Account Executives to own annual spend commitments.
• Engage MSP sales & marketing teams to share best practices and run joint campaigns.
