Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Theatre Team Member to greet Guests, operate the POS system, sell tickets, and share information about movies and events. You will assist Guests, ensure safety and cleanliness, and support opening/closing duties as needed.

The role requires 16+ years old, flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a friendly, proactive attitude. Training is provided and opportunities exist across front-of-house functions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular attendance and reliable punctuality.
• Energetic, friendly attitude, and strong guest service orientation.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile and provide accurate information.
• Operate the POS system for transactions on assigned register.
• Verify tickets and direct Guests to the correct auditorium.
• Provide pricing, movie details, and event information to Guests.
• Answer phone calls professionally and assist Guests with inquiries.
• Maintain clean and safe theatre environments (lobby, restrooms, auditoriums).
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Support with food preparation and kitchen equipment as required.
