Showcase Cinemas is seeking Cast Members to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service across guest services, box office, concessions, and usher duties. You will greet guests, answer questions, and promote loyalty programs to enhance the cinema experience.

Responsibilities include selling tickets and promos, handling cash and card transactions, preparing and serving concessions, assisting seating, and maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the facility.

Formación

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
• Educate guests about movies, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Enforce theater policies to ensure safety and comfort.
• Accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
• Operate concession equipment following safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, restrooms, and auditoriums.
• Assist with seating and crowd management as needed.
