Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking Cast Members to enhance the cinema guest experience through friendly, knowledgeable service across all operations. Cast Members engage in guest service, box office, and concessions, acting as the first point of contact for guests and ensuring a safe, enjoyable visit.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering inquiries, selling tickets and concessions, and maintaining cleanliness in common areas and auditoriums.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to identify and correct guest misbehavior.
• Communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Learn and adapt to current technology and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and feedback.
• Educate guests about movies, promotions, and rewards.
• Enforce theater policies to ensure a safe experience.
• Sell tickets, gift cards, and process transactions.
• Operate concessions and maintain cleanliness.
• Monitor auditoriums and assist with seating.
• Assist with crowd control and guest comfort.
