Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate the theatre, ensuring policies are followed and standards are met. You’ll work across departments, training staff and reporting to the General Manager.

Progression is possible to Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager or General Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of service. This role supports a dynamic cinema team in Henderson, NV.

Qualifications

• High School or G.E.D. required or preferred.
• Ability to lead and train team members effectively.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall theatre operations and policy adherence.
• Train and coach team members in their roles.
• Support in preparing administrative and reports for the GM.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and proper dress code across teams.
