89 Solutions is recruiting for a customer-facing Senior Technical Consultant to drive Moveworks configurations, ASIS integrations, and AI agent deployments across enterprise ecosystems in the United States.

You will partner with stakeholders to align platform improvements with business outcomes, lead incident triage, and deliver ITSM/HRSD enhancements within a demanding, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer facing technical role.
• 3+ years hands-on integrations (REST APIs) between enterprise apps.
• Hands-on ServiceNow admin and development experience (ITSM, HRSD).
• Strong production troubleshooting with a methodical approach.
• Ability to produce clear high-quality technical documentation.
• General knowledge of AI and conversational AI concepts.

Responsabilités

• Lead Moveworks incident management and triage; first line of support.
• Fine tune Moveworks configurations (plugins, utterances, workflows, access rules) to improve resolution rates.
• Conduct Moveworks configuration optimization reviews, identifying technical debt and misconfigurations.
• Analyze interaction metrics, user behaviour and feedback trends to identify adoption gaps and recommend improvements.
• Deliver ServiceNow service catalogue uplift, including content gap analysis and ITSM form remediation.
• Design, build, and deploy new AI agents using Moveworks Agent Studio, integrating with enterprise systems (ServiceNow, Workday, Okta).
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customer stakeholders, leading platform strategy.
