Continuum Resource Network is seeking a Systems Engineer to own the full delivery lifecycle of AI agents on the Moveworks ServiceNow Platform. You will work with internal teams from discovery to production launch, delivering Agentic AI solutions and ensuring secure, scalable integration with enterprise systems.

The role requires recent Moveworks hands-on experience, strong scripting ability, and a proactive, independent problem-solver mindset.

Formación

• 3–5+ years in a technical role such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Architect, Consulting Engineer, Software Engineer.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, IT, or related field.
• Recent hands-on Moveworks experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own full delivery lifecycle of AI agents on Moveworks ServiceNow Platform from discovery to launch.
• Architect and develop Agentic AI solutions with internal customers.
• Integrate Moveworks with enterprise systems in a secure, scalable manner.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and vendor teams on rollouts and tech decisions.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support and escalate complex issues.
• Drive improvements in IT processes, procedures and systems.
