Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an Implementation Manager to oversee the on-time, on-budget delivery of the Moveworks platform for enterprise customers. You will coordinate with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure governance, risk management, and successful adoption of agentic AI workflows.

The role requires 4+ years of software implementations experience, strong project management, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 4+ years progressive experience leading software implementations with enterprise customers.
• Experience managing scope, budgets, estimates and resources.
• Ability to translate complex problems into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through initial Moveworks implementations and new offerings.
• Govern timeline, scope, risk, change management, resourcing and reporting.
• Identify and map customer goals to deliverables and value.
• Provide change management best practices for adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, partners, and customers to address challenges and value delivery.
• Maintain governance and ensure stakeholder alignment and sign-off.
• Mentor team members and partners to achieve engagement deliverables.
• Bridge gaps between actuals and plan, driving resolutions.
• Partner with Product to share field insights for design and development.
